Last week I had questions about listings that I wasn't allowed to answer.
What I mean by that is when I clicked to answer, an error message appeared that states the question is over 90 days old, therefore it can't be answered. The questions aren't over 90 days old. They were 1 day old when I tried to answer them.
My workaround was to send a message, but the downside is the question/answer can't be displayed in the listing.
How should I fix the "error"?

This is the work around until it is fixed
Click on the member ID from within the message, this will take you to their profile
From their profile, click "Contact" on the right,
Select "This is not about an item", then "Continue"

...click on your buyer's name and send your message...disregard the listing's question...
(I had done it before...)

It's another glitch that will never be fixed. Typical ebay stuff

The error is on ebay. Aparently there are still some present glitches, as the same thing happened to me. I also could not leave any feedback as the 90 day notice reared it's ugly head there as well. Hopefully they'll get it fixed. We don't need one more thing to hinder sales. Answering questions is a must.
