Just a little insight on shipping defects which are unjust:
Since November 2024 Billings, MT has been hit with voter mail, Christmas mail, staff shortages, weather delays, and all the things that any manager would turn to to avoid extreme ownership. Have been dropping off packages for the past 3 years and since November have been hit with 8 shipping defects. Since then have been hand delivering 100% of packages and have accrued enough information to highlight the fact that USPS is at fault for non scans, most of which have taken 3-10 days, and eBay in no way is willing to see information that would rectify the 8 shipping defects that is going to affect my item algorithm searches which would directly affect my sales. Yes, have audited my shipping means and changing shipping carriers would result in WAY more monetary loses than if i leave USPS. The point is if eBay wants reputable sellers to stay with eBay why not have an avenue of escalation to alleviate unjust defects b/c of issues with local USPS managers unwilling to fix operational failures?
