Ebay is moving along fast with the technology. Keeping up with the paces. There have been a lot of changes to the site in the past few months.
I as a long time seller have noticed more buyers purchasing items and not reading the descriptions. Then they get the item and find out that its not what they wanted. Due to the fact they did not read the description of the item. Ebay gives the seller the opportunity to describe each item we post. We have to tell a story and give the details of the product we are selling!
With the mobile apps there is a spot you have to click on to open up the Full Description. Make sure when purchasing an item you click on the full description and read the details. If you have any concerns, email the seller and ask questions. This will help make sure you are buying the product you need.
Using the mobile apps make things more convenient for buyers. However it is harder for them to see the full description.
Just want to make sure buyers are aware of the way the apps work to make sure that you do not have purchased an item you do not need.
Always a rule of thumb when purchasing any item online is to read the description of the item.
