USED and NEW option is GONE from the side menu when searching to BUY!

USED and NEW option is gone and they are only showing NEW items!!! They are eliminating all the used items from SEARCH!  STOP MESSING WITH THE SOFTWARE WHEN IT IS SO CLOSE TO THE HOLIDAYS!!!!! EBAY YOU ARE DESTROYING THE SELLERS!  STOP STOP STOP!!!!

I still see the new/used option on the left side........is that what you mean?

You will only see "new" when you search from your listing page because that page is the only page in the search.

Try searching from any other eBay page.

It is only in some instances, that you don't see the New or Used option in the left side menu.  Ebay must be testing.  Because All I saw when I was searching for some things, was New items with no options to change it.  

I don't search from one of my listings.  I am searching from my eBay.

Try another browser.

It doesn't make sense that eBay would for a moment consider taking away "new" and "used" as a filter.

Scroll down and check, with some searches the categories that get included push the New/Used/For Parts not working quite a ways down the side.

On a related but different note, search disposable diapers and you get the "for parts not working" option... ROTFL.

The filters on the side change depending upon the search results, category, and probably a bunch of other things.

Unless you give us a specific example of a specific search and all the relevant criteria (search terms, order, category, etc.) there is little point in having people here compare notes - because it is comparing apples and oranges.
