Free shipping with 1 day handling not showing FAST AND FREE anymore!  DID THEY CHANGE THE RULES AGAIN???????

The FastNFree flag will only show up to buyers who are within a certain area where the item can actually be delivered within the timeframe.  It is likely that you will not see the flag on your own items.

Well this is new.  Because It used to show it to me before!!! When did this change happen???

I just logged out and it still isn't showing it to me.  I also checked through another account and it is still not showing.  your theory is wrong!

The rules haven't changed.

Your listings are showing an estimated delivery date of Saturday, Nov. 11 even for delivery within a Vero Beach ZIP Code.  That's technically beyond the 4 business days required for Fast N Free. I can't figure out why it would be such a long delivery estimate for local delivery.

Items with Priority Mail rae showing a local delivery date of Thursday, Nov. 9 for Priority Mail, yet still no Fast N Free which is even more mysterious.

There is definitely some confusion in eBay's shipping schedule program.  It has been telling sellers that items paid for over the weekend must be shipped by Tuesday even if they have 1-day handling.

To complicate matters, Saturday Nov. 11 is a USPS  holiday and there won't be mail deliveries on that date.

This has been my experience in the past but no one is right all the time.

In any case, another person has also posted a thread regarding this problem so my next guess is that there is a glitch in the system.

IMHO, the seller's own ZIP Code is where it is MOST likely that the 4-day delivery timeframe of Fast N Free would be met.

This is not a glitch it is a policy change.  Now that they have guaranteed delivery opt in for only selected sellers, our fast and free does not show anymore.  I was told by one ebay call center rep that it will show on the last day of your listing, I'm still waiting to see if that happens.  Bottom line, my sales sank in October and I'm going to take a time out until they roll out guaranteed delivery to all sellers.  in the meantime, please call them and complain.  If enough of us complain, maybe we can get it back.

Related note...anybody else wonder if buyers now confuse "shipping" with "delivery"?
On the NEW left side, you can choose 1,2,3,4-day "shipping"...not HANDLING TIME.
I can see a buyer choosing "2 day shipping", and expect DELIVERY 2 days from purchase date...or even 3 days as they speed read through the listing.
Priority Mail 2 Day Shipping is a common phrase, which I assume most people understand as 2 day DELIVERY from ship date.

I wonder if the CS rep was confused.  Auction format listings have always only showed FnF on the final date of the auction. "The Fast 'N Free logo can only appear on the last day of eligible auction-style listings, starting at 12:00 am Pacific Time."
