Sold a mini mug and got this as negative feedback
"Thank you for the gigantic coffee mug need to be more specific"
So I'm assuming they were unhappy with the size of the mug
The Title said MINI MUG
The Item Specifics said MINI MUG
The Description included the measurements
If the buyer would have read any one of these they would have known what they were getting.

Technically they can do it, but when the seller complains and a CSR reviews it, the CSR will have it removed.
I got "thanks for the beautiful coin" as a neutral which affected my percentage, and it was removed within 5 minutes. Technically I shouldn't care if it's a positive statement, but for some reason it really bugged me that it was a neutral.
I had a scammer once leave me "thanks for the refund" (also a neutral), and I got that removed as well.
The OP is best to just call and ask for it to be removed, it's unlikely the CSR will interpret the sarcasm, they don't seem to be good with that.
Cheers, C.

I think I'm going to message the buyer about revision this weekend, maybe they will be in a better mood by then. Then take it from there. I appreciate the advice.
Don't bother with a revision request... I reserve those for when I mess up for real and need to ask forgiveness from the buyer.
If it's unjustified neg FB I'd just call to have it removed.
Cheers, C.

That's not entirely true.

Can you not reply with something like: Mug listed as X inches tall.

Yes it is. Negative feedback doesn’t have to have a negative comment.

Dear Mini Mug buy
I am sorry that the 1" mini mug that you bought didnt meet your expectations. The mini mug was listed as a mini mug and according to the dictionary, mini means small. I do not understand your feedback saying what a large mug. If I sent you a large mug I do apologize as the mug I sent you was assuredly supposed to be a mini mug. If you would like to return the large mug for the properly listed mini mug I will gladly refund you the money for the larger mug and send you out the mini mug after I have gotten the large mug back.
Once again I do apologize for the confusion
Mini mug seller.

Mini mug seller.
I think the confusion is in the word mini....it is more like a demitasse size which is a small cup...but I would bet they were just thinking more souvenier collectible trinket.
That being said...there were measurements in the listing which clearly were not read.
Maybe using a phone app and didn't expand the description ...who knows...doesn't really matter.
I agree I would apologize for the confusion and offer to do a return / refund and then see if they are willing to revise the feedback. I think this one is easily resolved with a bit of customer service.
I would leave out the dictionary definition part as it seems a bit condesending...and may prevent a FB revision

It would still be a negative.

Still not entirely true. A negative feedback with positive comments and good DSRs is easily removed.
Unless that's another unannounced change.
I can only speak from personal experience as a seller getting those removed by calling.

@cwcsports
You can always reply to the negitive that if you are unhappy with the item, we offer 30 day returns.

It's not that it has to have a negative comment, it's that it can't have a positive comment.
This has been cited to me by CSR a few times, and they've removed said feedback that fits this criteria.
Cheers, C.
