you are not allowed to steal pictures from another seller, you must post pictures of your actual garment bag. Tho as a brand new seller, I dont think you will be allowed to list a thousand dollar item, which may not be authentic.

You havent been an Ebay member for long so you may not have enough selling limits to list an item that expensive in a high fraud category.

Sorry hit post too soon:
YOU CAN NOT USE ANOTHER MEMBER'S PHOTOS! Take your own of the bag you have and highlight any flaws. And hurry to replace those photos before the other member reports you or Ebay takes your listing down.

@robinrutprin0 Did you ask the other seller for their permission to use their photos? Even with thier permission, you need to photograph the actual bag you are selling! You can't just download another sellers pictures and use them. And did you check your monthly selling limit? Your limit may be under $1000 in which case you can't sell the bag for that much unless you list it as an auction with a starting price lower than your seller limit. (which isn't advisable as the auction may end lower than you want to sell for). And did you look into the fees involved in selling? The fees are about 13% between ebay and paypal so you are looking at $130 in fees if you sell the bag for $1000 with no listing upgrades.
