Trying to Upload a Logo to my Store

Hi!  I am hoping someone can help because I cant seem to get an answer form Ebay.  Is anyone having an issue trying to upload a logo to their store?  I have tried different computers, different size logos, they are all jpegs but they won't load.  I can select an image, then I click upload and nothing happens.  It's driving me crazy!!

No error message at all?

What's the pixel size and what's the file size? Are you trying to upload the square logo or the rectangular banner?

What browser? Do you have any add-ons installed?

Trying to Upload a Logo to my Store

Hi!  I am trying to upload the rectangular banner from the Manage Store Page under the Display Settings.  I don't see anywhere to upload a square logo? I have Google Chrome. It is 563 x 640 and 80.3KB.

I don't have a link to Edit Store, only Store Designs.  This is where I have been going. I then click on Store Logo, I resized the image to 1200 x 270, I upload the file, I can see the file but it doesnt actually load.  So still nothing happens. I don't get it.

Can you provide a screen shot of your "Manage Store" page?

Hoo boy. OK, my best guess is this: years ago, ebay wanted everyone to move to what was then the "new store" design (see my store for an example)....I'm guessing you never did that.

And  I don't know how you would do that now.. I'll keep hunting for an answer, but maybe someone else knows how.

One thing to keep in mind, the Stores team should be releasing some new design stuff in the near future, which might make all of this moot....

That explains it. You're on some old janky page. The "manage store" page is outdated and the code doesn't all work.

To upload your banner, you need to go to the "edit store" page. Go to Seller Hub, go to the Marketing summary page and click the "edit store" link on the right. Or use this direct link.

You have to start from the seller hub overveiw page.  In the Selling Tools section is a blue link called Manage Store.  From there is a link on the left hand side under Store Design that says Edit Store.  This will bring up the page with an empty banner waiting for your jpg upload.

Yes that is exactly what I am doing but it doesn't work.  I can upload it and it shows the file name but then it doesn't actually load.  It's so annoying.

I hate to ask, but could you do a screen shot of the page you get when you use the direct link recommended by wastingtime101 ?

Oh wow, your store looks great!  I just set mine up maybe a month ago so I just followed along with what it lead me to do. It doesn't make any sense why nothing will load and I am running out of new options to try!  I appreciate any other suggestions you or anyone else has.  I can try reaching out to Ebay again for help.  The hard part is that when they call me back, I have to actually be available and at my computer which is going to take some time to coordinate.
