Trying to Upload a Logo to my Store

Hi!  I am hoping someone can help because I cant seem to get an answer form Ebay.  Is anyone having an issue trying to upload a logo to their store?  I have tried different computers, different size logos, they are all jpegs but they won't load.  I can select an image, then I click upload and nothing happens.  It's driving me crazy!!

Can you go back into the photo software you used and resave the file?  It sounds like it may not be a jpg or be corrupt in some other manner, it may be too big-  not in size still 1200 x 270 pixels but I think mine is 90 pixels per inch or whatever the term is.  It needs to be a small file.  If you can view it as actual size it should be a close fit to the empty space.

THANK THE GOOD LORD!  The link from wastingtime101 worked!!  I finally have my logo on my store page.  Thank you!  Now I just need to get the image size to look right but I am making progress here!

your store logo is your profile photo, ebay eliminated the store logo and replaced it with profile picture over 2 years ago

Hey all!! I am having a similiar issue, and getting frustrated I hope someone can help!! It wants the logo 300x300 less than 12mb....I have resized and resized. it says use a presized template through Vista...which is 500x500......soooo......too big. I tried the Canva option...same thing. I have resized in both, resized in photoshop, even tried the gallery on my computer....LITERALLY wont take any!! I resized all the way down to 150 pixels....I am not new to photo editing so this one is really puzzling me. I am not sure if I am missing something simple or what but....if anyone has an idea I could use the advice! Thank you in advance!! 🙂
