Trying to List a 1999 Ms67 Slabbed American Eagle Graded by PCI

I am trying to list a 1999 MS67 Slabbed American Eagle Graded by PCI. The reason they keep it rejected is because they do not recognize PCI as an approved grading company. However, I just sold ebay number: 392506058246 which was an 1889 Morgan Dollar. This is the description of what we sold and it was accepted: It is slabbed and was graded by PCI as "mc62 cleaned". I am trying to load this one like the last one. What should I do from here? Please advise.

Just list it as a Gem BU 1999 Silver American Eagle. Should bring a dollar or two more than a raw one if you're lucky.
