I have been selling on Ebay for twenty years. This past year I decide to leave the workforce and make Ebay my fulltime business. This is not just extra money for me. This feeds my family and pays my pays mortgage. I sell mostly used computer parts and electronics. My Ebay business has been growing every month. In the past few months I started going out and buying NEW computer items from companies with surplus. Things have been growing well.
Then the Virus hit and my sales took a hit. Past couple of weeks have not been great. But here is the thing. I can cry about it , hang it up and say Ebay is dead. But I think yes we might struggke for a while. Eventually we will get through this and when we do Ebay will be stronger. I think this shook alot of peole and business. We have learned hopefully to make do with what we have. Business will keep and repair computer system instead of constantly buying new. Consumers will be more thrifty with their spending. All of that is Ebay. So instead of stopping listing because not much is selling. Take this time to list as much as possible. Ebay is a numbers game. The more you list the more you sell. What if your Ebay business gets really busy. You will be glad you have so many items up.
Plus in the social distancing you probably have alot of free time at home. Your product waiting to be listed is already there. Its not like you have to spend more money for items not to sell. Get them up. LIST LIST LIST.
