Should I try an experiment for the masses? Help give an indicator of what really happens on eBay? The experiment ---> list 1000 auctions - all starting at $0.99. Would I be able to sell 80 of them? lol Would it be worth the effort to earn $42? 😛 Of course, $25 of the $42 would need to cover my cost for having a store again. I would be able to buy a 2 for 1 fish & chips meal. Who wants to fine dine with me? 🤣

I *did* used to do great with auctions back in the day, and they're still just crap now unless one has really in-demand items. If something doesn't sell for .99 - donate it.

Your title says it all.
If you are selling to "the masses," you're in for a rough time on this platform.

On the other hand, targeting "the masses" right now may be a good idea due to the annual increase in system activity experienced during this period.

I'd be curious on what they will list and if it sells.
If they decide to invest in trade dollars, my buyers will probably buy them. Some of them are dealers and they like getting them for 99 cents and selling them for $2.50-$3.

This platform is basically "the masses", though.
