Trouble printing label with Brother QL-800

Hello,

If anyone out there is using a brother QL-800 for ebay shipping labels, would you be kind to share your printer settings with me?

For some reason, out of the blue, the USPS barcode is printing blurry on mine. The printer is less than 2 months old, and other elements of the label like the numbers, name, address print out with very sharp edges, so I don't think it's the printer.

I believe there is some conflict between the paper settings and the label document size that my printer is trying to scale it sometime, and that is causing the barcode to be dithered/antialiased of some sort.

I don't know what I did!

If it was printing fine in the recent past, you could try a system restore to an earlier time, if it's windows. Also, try a general google search to see if other users of this same printer are on the web with this type of problem.

If you are using Explorer try Chrome. I always had an issue with explorer and printing labels on the Brother label printer.

Make sure your browser is opening PDF files with Adobe and not its built in reader.

What browser and OS are you using?
