Tried to talk to Ebay about discrimination--update.

Wow. I tried to talk to an Ebay representative about discrimination. They said they would have a supervisor call me back within 24 hours--4 days later, and still no call back.

Anyone else have this problem with Ebay?

That'd be hilarious if you told the rep your topic is CSR agents discrimination towards ebay sellers. "Okay we'll call you back." hehe.

I'm no a lawyer but I believe you would have to WORK for Ebay to file discrimination against the company.

I'm dying to know how eBay would/could discriminate against you as a buyer?

If you are referring to the problem of eBay promising to call you back and never doing it, from reading this board that appears to be a widespread problem. 

If you are referring to the problem of "discrimination", you would have to explain precisely what the nature of that "discrimination" was.
