Nov. 27th, I had to cancel an order cause for some reason, it sold and was auto relisted and I didn't catch it... It also happened Oct. 22nd as well...

These were sold items, that somehow got relisted and sold again... I had to cancel the order due to "Being out of Stock"

I am at 2 of 543 transactions which put me at 0.37% .. 1 more defect and that will take me out of Top rated seller status..

How long do the defects stay and where can I appeal, if it is possible..

Just for the record for other users. I went to eBay's Facebook page and asked what happened and can it be fixed. I was calm and went str8 to the point. eBay rep came back and said

" Thank you for getting in touch with us here on Facebook. I have gone ahead and removed both of those defects for you as the issue appears to be on our end. Please allow a full 72 hours for the defects to be removed from your seller dashboard. If this happens again please let us know and we can get this reported over to our tech team here. Glad to get these defects sorted for you and I hope you have a great rest of your week! "

The defects have been removed already ... For anyone else, just be calm, do not get upset.. Just get to the point and ask for help. Thank You eBay! There may be hope after all ..

Finally after all these years, one of them admits it's on their end, but they don't do anything to fix the problem.

Defects stay for 12 months (one year), then it goes away forever.

Cancel and auto relist thing. Top rated seller doesn't provide much. Not worth worrying about. Don't understand why people care.

Would be cool if top rated status meant saving money, or getting more buyers, like it used to. But it's not worth the hasell.

You would still be a trs if you got a third defect. You are allowed up to .5% AND less than 4. If you are over .5% and only have 3, you would still be within the parameters.
