Buyer chose the wrong color can I create a listing for the the color she wants plus shipping ?

Buyer purchased a dress and after she received it she wants a different color. She states she thought she ordered  a green. I looked at the order and it shows buyer selected the red color. Now shipping was $9.35 and return shipping I also. To send the green dress can I add shipping?

If the buyer is buying another dress, then, yes... you can add shipping to the new listing. Good luck.

 You can charge her for shipping but the easiest way would be for them to purchase the green dress in a totally separate transaction. eBay doesn't have a set way to exchange items.
