Best to sell locally, wherever you are. You can advertise Pick Up Only on an Ebay listing. Or look for other ways to sell, like a consignment shop.

I don't know the rules for eBay UK but in the US it is difficult to find someone to sell another person's items.   It just isn't worth it for the time and liabilities involved.   The items would have to be in the listing person's possession.  The time involved to photograph, write a description and list, answer questions, deal with chargebacks and potential fraud, be liable for tax consequences, shipping would have to be arranged for large items, and the list goes on, which can be extensive.  For chargebacks by a credit card company, the money can be tied up for up to six months.  You are wanting furniture sold?  Returns could be a disaster both physically and financially.   You can say "no returns" but that does not mean no refunds as per eBay's Money Back Guarantee.

I would suggest that you sell locally yourself or contact a company that does liquidation of personal property (we call them "estate sales" but you may have a different name for them) or auction house.  It will be easier and a lot less stressful.
