My listing getting removed from eBay even though I didnt used the trade mark in any of my listing. The original trade mark is 'BlenderBottle' 1 word and thats hows its been approved by Intellectual Property becuase its a 1 word. If they have applied for Blender Bottle 2 words it will be easily rejected becuase its a general basic words used daily.

I didnt used BlenderBottle in any of my listing and still eBay removed it on basis of Blender Bottle (2 words)

One of the worst customer service is eBay Philippines. I spoke to several times and even supervisor told me that he cant do it. Without investigation how you can say you cant do it.

Did you use any pictures found on the web?  Logos?  The manufacturer's description?

Pictures or descriptions would be copyright violations.

Not sure why you think splitting it into 2 words would fly.

If so everyone would use one sies or get creative with any trademark to get it to go through.
