Am I, in some way, protected from INR case OR Late shipment OR Negative feedback, if I have uploaded AND scanned a valid tracking from my warehouse abroad but the item still didn't show?

No.
Unless you can show on line proof of delivery to the buyer, you will have refund or replace the item. A seller is responsible for getting the item to the buyer.
If the item was mailed within your handling time, and you got a scan to prove it; or the item arrives on time...... or it's late and buyer says it arrives on time, you would not get a late ship ding.
You can receive Neg. feedback...........very little protects you from that......except when the transaction is canceled.

Thanx for the very detailed reply.
But what do you mean by "except when the transaction is canceled" ?
1) If I refund him, does that mean that the transaction is canceled? If yes, why can't he still leave me a negative? [I've heard that only if the buyer cancels within 1 hour from purchases, then he cannot leave feedback. Otherwise, he can, unless a case is closed in seller's favor].
2) And if he does, and he says in the feedback comment "Item not arrived" or "arrived late", would that also help me removing this defect?
Thanx again

Sorry, I was thinking about unpaid cases.........
Here's the page that delineates what they will remove bad feedback for. it's a bit tricky to try to explain when buyers CAN'T leave feedback.....

If the item does not show a Delivery scan, and the buyers files a Item Not Received complaint:
** The buyer will be refunded in full.
** The buyer can leave whatever feedback they feel is appropriate.

No, that just means the buyer got a refund. It's still, quite possibly, a negative transaction for the buyer, depending.
2) And if he does, and he says in the feedback comment "Item not arrived" or "arrived late", would that also help me removing this defect? No, because this is the buyer's opinion-or well, in this case it would be buyer's fact if the item either didn't arrive or arrived late. WHY would it be removable? And it's not a "defect" it's just a negative.
Thanx again
