I have been selling on this platform for some time. I have never had a late shipment ever. Always processed within the time given and given to post office next afternoon. For some reason I have 3 recently late uploads and it will not let me appeal (the years before I never have had one period). I have never missed deadline and very consistent with my shipping process. Also, I make sure the post office scans my stuff in. So, there is no chance that I have a late upload. I talked with an agent and got nowhere!! Is there anyone that I can talk to get these removed. I do not think it is good business when you have been perfect in just about everything when dealing with Ebay and getting dropped from Top rated to Above standard because of something out of your control. Let me know what your thoughts are? trying to get this fixed.

@avkcollectors did u input the tracking numbers into the USPS website to see if they were scanned as accepted/picked up within your shipping timeline?

Are you buying your shipping labels through eBay? What carrier are you using? Assuming USPS based on some of your recent sales. For the 3 late ones specifically what carrier were you using and what class of postage?
Pull up the carrier tracking information directly from their website. What does the tracking information show with regards to the following and how does that compare with your settings and the item sale. If you pull up the information in the eBay tracking is the information the same or different?
General customer support is useless these days and they will often tell you what you want to hear to get you off the phone even if that entails lying to you. Once you have checked the above you would be better off contacting eBay through one of the social media paths like facebook. Those agents seem to know what they are doing and actually have the authority to change some things.

Yup, all 3 are within 24 hours of label printing(next afternoon) and shipping label was printed before shipping deadline. And I print my label through Ebay. No manually entered tracking. I did everything correct, According to the time stamps. I have looked and triple checked. I don't miss deadlines.

I have checked all my time stamps. They are on time according to time. There has to be a glitch or something I am missing. I responded to another post. Here.

I'm thinking there must be a glitch.
Same thing happened to me.
Buyer purchased, entered tracking info same afternoon.
I got a late shipment stating tracking uploaded on time, but no carrier scan.
I checked into it and there were scans the same afternoon it shipped.
I got no where with customer service chat.
In fact, they shut me down, but posted a bunch of canned responses without letting me respond.
They said I didn't get a scan on time for same day shipping.
I have my items (and have for years) that I ship within one business day.
I got the ding as if I have same day shipping which I've never used.

It's my understanding that they will only correct mistakes in the uploaded and validated tracking metric if it is affecting your TRS status. It sounds like it is so you might want to contact ebay customer service through their Facebook account. Just double check that the tracking actually was uploaded within your handling time and that the packages were scanned at least once.

I have one as well. I stumbled across it while looking for something else, and absolutely could not find anything wrong in the tracking or order details that could lead to a late status. The sale and shipment were absolutely bog-standard, nothing unusual in the least. Sold in the morning and shipped in the afternoon (March 8). Label purchased on eBay, tracking number automatically uploaded at that time, USPS scanned Acceptance at the front counter, and on the truck out of town later that afternoon.
Viewing the "late shipment report" showed it counted under "Transactions that weren't shipped on time" (false) and "Tracking indicates late delivery" (7 days later). As I understand it, a late delivery is only counted against you if tracking shows that it was not shipped within your promised Handling time, so the flubbed report of not shipping on time led to the later accusation of a late delivery.
All that despite the USPS logging no fewer than three of its own in-network tracking scans less than eight hours after the original sale. eBay, for whatever reason, missed all that data, completely.

If you get an order at 9am on Monday, but don't get the package to the PO until 4pm Tuesday, would that cause the problem?

This happened to me early last year. About 1 every month, would show 'late'; tried to get Reps to remove on FB, got 1 of 3- they (and they usually help great) said- "oh, your ok, it's only 1" etc.
I buy labels on ebay; in fact, the ones that 'showed' said 'delivered' by the tracking shown on ebay (not looking at usps site) so they were obvious 'errors' on this sites part.
I know that's no help, but just try the reps on facebook.

It doesn't need to be scanned within 24 hours for the uploaded and validated metric. To add on - the scan is completely irrelevant to the OP since their subject line specifies the reason on their account says "uploaded late".
For whatever it's worth @avkcollectors , I sometimes see items appear on the tracking and/or the late shipment ratings that disappear before the next seller eval when the system catches up. There can be a lag at times with the system recognizing what's happening.
But if they don't drop off by your evaluation on the 20th and your TRS is in jeopardy then you can appeal with customer service.

No they don't unfortunately, they aren't able to do anything. Customer service isn't able to do manually correct any glitch. I lost my Top Rated status because of an ebay glitch.
