I keep getting messages from Buyers that they want the tracking numbers when I ship.
So I noticed tracking numbers not showing on my orders. But when I click on ad tracking there it is.
Even if I try to put it in manually again it does not show.

Has anyone else run ito this in the past few days??

I've seen other sellers mention it. I believe that they said they could see the tracking number if they clicked on the order details but not on the general order page.....perhaps the same is true for buyers?

Ebay CS confirms this is a known issue since about two weeks ago.

Yea it first weirded me out when I saw it because it was for an INR a buyer filed. I went to the transaction that said "delivered 8/11" but showed no tracking number. I thought that was really weird. After wasting 5+ minutes looking for the transaction number elsewhere in my records to input in the INR and "re-add" into the order, I find that the tracking shows up in the "add tracking" link like you said. Thanks for wasting my time ebay.

Yeah. Started seeing this occasionally a month or two ago. But the last week or two, at least half the orders this month show missing tracking numbers. But the tracking number does show up if I select Add Tracking. And does not appear in the Order Details for me.

I haven't noticed if they originally showed then later disappeared. But I normally buy labels through Pirate Ship. So figured it's some issue with the info getting updated incorrectly.

Hopefully eBay does not ding us for not uploading tracking because of their screw up.

The tracking number is there, it's just not showing up where it's supposed to. They even show as being delivered (for the ones that aren't still in transit).
