We have been selling on eBay for a long time, I'm pretty certain 13 years for our home page. About a year ago we had an issue where an order's tracking number just vanished from the eBay orders page. We were told it was a know glitch and eBay fixed the issue. Now at the beginning of March the same thing happens but this time eBay says there is nothing they can do and even though we have emails from that day going to customers with tracking, even though we don't have a single complaint, they still say we uploaded it late. I was told to send a screenshot but I don't take daily screenshots of my page. I was assured it would not affect our selling status multiple times, but it makes me mad because it dropped us from 100% to like 98.5%. I was just going to let it slide but literally the next day I come in and two more orders are missing the tracking. I once again was told by a rep to reupload them and nothing would happen to my account, but that wasn't the case. Now they are saying all three orders have late tracking added. I reach out again and during the conversation with a rep who once again says she will take care of it. She said she sees orders with no tracking but on my page it shows tracking and delivered on my screen, I even sent a screenshot (I even have UPS receipt for this one order). She sends me to a page to fill out a form to refute the late tracking but I can not because even that page say's we do not have any late shipping or late tracking. I will state we use a third party listing app but it is approved by eBay and we do not ship straight from eBay because I can get lower rates elsewhere. Is anyone else having this problem? It is really starting to make us think about using a different platform. I should not have to take screenshots on every order to prove to eBay that it is the system losing the tracking numbers not us uploading late. Thanks for anyone who can help or provide clarity.
TLDR: My tracking numbers are vanishing from eBay and I feel like they are giving us the runaround.

I can't believe this issue is back. I went through it last year. Tracking numbers were disappearing from the orders page, but when you clicked "add tracking" the tracking numbers were there. It was an issue that came and went for a few months.

I had it happening and got 2 of 3 removed (facebook rep) but I figured out that when a customer buys 2 things, NOT in a cart, and I print a 'shipping label' for 1 item, then add that same tracking number, manually, to the other, that about 1 in 100, was showing 'late'.
Was told it didn't matter because until you drop to below 95% in this category, no effect...although I was bothered by it because I do it perfectly 100% of the time.
