So I messed up a lot. Im a new seller and was just selling some items I did not want. I sold a laptop that I didn't need anymore I bought the label through eBay and made my way to the post office but the people at the post office said this couldn't be shipped by plane so I had to buy a new label. After I sent it off the original listing still had the old label so I removed it and now it's saying it's not shipped. As long as the package gets delivered to the buyer I shouldn't have any problems, right?

you need to go in and manually mark the item as shipped and enter the NEW tracking number. If you do not do this then the only tracking number you have is the original. It will never be marked as delivered with the old number. The customer can then say it was never received and you would have to refund. YOU MUST get tht new number into the system ASAP

Besides updating the tracking number as in frodobagginskennedy's reply above, be sure to void the original label so that its cost is refunded to you and you aren't stuck with paying for multiple labels.
