Tracking has stopped at "in transit".

I sold an item that was sent and is now "in transit",  I returned the $ to the buyer given the item is now late.  How do I get the product to the buyer?  logotb

How long has it been "stuck"...? As far as I understand from your post, it is still in transit to the buyer. I've seen packages go MIA for a week and then pick back up. Surprised you refunded buyer due to late, I wouldnt have unless it was REALLY REALLY late or if they opened a case.

Have you opened a tracking dispute with the carrier, sometimes it shakes things up and move the parcel. As for getting the parcel to buyer, you already refunded, wouldn't you rather have the item back and try to sell it again? For this, you need to contact the carrier as well.

Something with tracking still on its way I would not refund. And you want to give the item to a buyer for free?

If you already refunded the buyer, I wouldn't worry about getting the item to the buyer.

It'll probably show up one day and get delivered.
