I hit top rated seller with this past evaluation. But it says 0 listings are eligible for the benefits. I have 1 day handling on all my listings. Do I also need to change each listing to I accept domestic and international returns and seller pays for return shipping? I have always accepted returns when buyers request a return. The main question is since it says 0 of my listings qualify for the benefits, is this because I don't have the boxes checked for returns and free returns selected? Also since it says 0 eligible listings, does this mean none of my listings have a top rated badge?

In order to get the TR-Plus badge, the listing must offer 30-day returns, paid for by the seller, for domestic sales. There are a few category exceptions, detailed here (click on "See the full list of circumstances where the discount benefit applies"):

So I have changed about 5 listings to free domestic and international returns. It still says 0 listings eligible. Does it just take a day or so for Ebay to recognize that the listings have free returns?

It's showing, when I look at your listings.

I just seen that when searching my own listings. I just revised a whole page to do free returns. They are showing Top Rated Plus. My seller dashboard hasn't updated we will see. The badge was my main concern. Thank you for your help!

Remember that the top-rated plus status only requires free domestic returns - you don't need to do free international returns, which can be extremely expensive. Something to consider.

I went back and changed just to domestic lol. Thank you!

You need to read that closer. You have to offer free returns even for International buyers! I cannot imagine the hit from 3 or 4 International buyer returns every month. It could easily add up to hundreds of dollars. That besides the fact that free returns gives the buyer a free pass to order and return willy nilly with no accountability. I just had a several hundred dollar item return because the buyer changed his mind. He had to pay the return shipping, but I took the time to pull and pack the item and paid the original shipping. If I had to pay the return shipping also, because the buyer simply changed his mind, it would have been a $50.00 hit. minimum. Free returns just amplifies the problems of buyer irresponsibility. There are no buyer ratings to give us a heads up, and there should be.

My error. Closer reading is a word away from what I thought, and I apologize for misleading!
Since the ONLY way to get the Top Rated Plus seller seal in your listings is to offer Free Returns, I may just try it and see if it makes any difference. In discussion with eBay I was told that because so may sellers were making the Top Rated Seller level they had to change the benchmark. What a terrible thing that so many sellers are acting in a positive manner, and obviously needs appropriate punishment!
