When I go to the bottom of ebay to contact them, once I select a
category, it does not give me the option to call them with a code. It
gives me the option of a digital assistant and to ask the community. Any
hlp would be appreciated.
I hit top rated seller with this past evaluation. But it says 0 listings
are eligible for the benefits. I have 1 day handling on all my listings.
Do I also need to change each listing to I accept domestic and
international returns and seller pays for...

The badge helps your listings though right? For someone that isn't Top
seller, their listings are more towards the bottom of the page. Where
top Sellers are at the top of the page. At least that is what I was
told. I think I just got my hopes way up ...
From my understanding having the badge helps a lot as well. Before I was
top seller if I searched my own listing I would have to search through a
lot of listings before I would see mine now its within the to 10.

I just seen that when searching my own listings. I just revised a whole
page to do free returns. They are showing Top Rated Plus. My seller
dashboard hasn't updated we will see. The badge was my main concern.

So I have changed about 5 listings to free domestic and international
returns. It still says 0 listings eligible. Does it just take a day or
so for Ebay to recognize that the listings have free returns?
