Guy buys a water filter. New in the box. Maybe I was bored but it looks like I uploaded a video to show the box was damaged. Buyer gets it and leaves neg right away stating box is damaged. Actually maybe I should have listed it as open box. So I email him and say
'Sorry it didn't arrive to your satisfaction, besides the box did the filter arrive safely?
He responds, that he is unhappy with the condition of the box but the filters are fine.
back and forth I said I will give you a full refund upon return of the items and as long as the filters inside the box are still sealed in the plastic.
Not playing the partial refund buyer keeps the item game.

Did not need a video to see the damaged box. Sorry that there are people like that out there and that you had to deal with one of them.
ETA (Maybe should have noted the damaged box it the title)(for those that do not read or look at pictures)

With the damage to the box, I wouldn't have listed it as new.

Ok, but the buyer says the item is fine and the box is damaged.

Probably would have been good to respond with that ^^, but looks like you got Picky Peter.

The buyer wants a full refund or shipping label today. I told him ebay is giving me until the 5th to send you a label so I'll do it on the fifth. This is me being snide in return

If the buyer returns, don't be surprised if the filters arrive destroyed.

Yeah I thought of that. I don't have a need to get them back and will probably give him a full refund.
Do you guys have a suggested email to send for him to remove the feedback or contact ebay stating false return. Or just refund, block and move on

New: A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable). Packaging should be the same as what is found in a retail store, unless the item is handmade or was packaged by the manufacturer in non-retail packaging, such as an unprinted box or plastic bag. See the seller's listing for full details.

What kind of person complains about the condition of the trash that came with their item?!?
Unless of course this is some super secret mega ultra rare vintage antique collectible water filter that's extra valuable with the box...

Well then I wouldn't have to pay him anything because it not the way he photographed his complaint. On another note I can file a claim with USPS. Not that they ever pay
