Time to index new listings

Good morning! Posted a listing under an account I haven't used for a while. It's not showing in regular search yet (expected) but I can't even pull it up by user id. It has been nearly an hour.

Listings used to show by user id immediately in the old days. Has that changed?

Do you see it in your 'selling' page? (I would say myebay, but that is worthless now).

The item # should still be able to be seen.

What's the item?  Some, like military stuff, have to go thru additional checks.  Took 12 hrs once for a RE Lee item to show up for me.........

I can't pull it up by number either. This is the account that was hacked in April. I wonder if they blocked my listings as well as my automatic payments?

Did it show if you searched by user id? I don't want to share because it's a rare item.

Considering the hacking history, I would give it a day. If it still doesn't show then PM somebody here that you trust to help you check it or flag a Blue to help look into it.

I called anyway since I was working at my desk and they said the index time is 6 hours. Apparently they no longer show unindexed items even if you search by number or user id. Hmm. I will wait until tonight and look again.

I guess if it finally shows up tonight that will be prime viewing for newly listed anyway.

She must have meant UP TO 6 hours.  I listed something 40 minutes ago.  Searched it by number and it is already showing up.  Also shows up by title.

Go figure.
