Sorry customers. I love a professional platform that tells me to "try" using it. Like, it "might" work. But we ALWAYS PAY EVERY FEE IN ADVANCE!

Contrary to your sarcasm, Ebay is a multi-billion dollar company: it's beyond, "a site that never goes down". There are glitches piled on glitches on Ebay; and it's not simply a recent issue.

Don't bother responding to them. Some people don't seem to mind dealing with constant glitches that affect their day to day operations. I as well as many others do get frustrated when things like this happen as right now I can't get my orders out this morning before I have to leave for the day.

I had a glitch this morning while trying to print shipping labels. I hit refresh. Problem is solved.

I encounter the exact same glitches and downtime the OP is complaining about.
I guess i'm just a little more understanding.
Reminds me of my boss at my full time job.
Our business website is up and running 99.999% of the time.
He never has to give it a second thought.
But when it's down that .001% he gets madder than heck.

I must have missed it, I took a few minutes break about that time to make coffee in the kitchen. Never saw it, just went on working.
I do have cable by a multi-billion dollar corporation that I lose about 4 hours in the wee hours about once a week. That is annoying.
