Please pass this up to the respective management team.
I deal with the FB team a lot. Not because of issues with buyers but generally because of issues I find in the system. Issues that cannot be described over the phone. They need screen shots to show what is going on.
The FB team is always quick to respond and get the stuff where it needs to be. They are also quick to resolve things when they can or provide guidance when I hit a roadblock.
They are always professional, friendly, have a great sense of humor, and while they probably groan when they see a message from me, they are always ready to help. They also follow through with what they say they are going to do. I know this because of subsequent conversations and even interactions with other areas of eBay.
This team is an asset to your organization, and I just wanted to show some public appreciation.

Just posted on eBay For Business FB....Let's hope something will be done about this.....
My husband and I have been selling on eBay for 20 years, 100% impeccable feedback and 5.0 on all star ratings!! Recently we noticed that someone dinged our "Shipping Star". We contacted eBay to ask if they would review the rating. We were told that they cannot removed the low star rating because the person signed the rating " Anonymous". So the message here from eBay is we stand with "Anonymous" rather than a 20 year Seller.....Unreal!!

Hello,
The Social Media Teams but especially on FB, Are hands down the best CS Reps but general employees that eBay has under them. I appreciate them so much and often times express it to them every time they help, which usually leads them to sending me a feedback request right then & there. Might wanna try it, if you care to let them know how good their doing, obviously you do.

are they a little backwards currently, ya actually more then a little. But I see requests for users to inform eBay of how they're doing with more of them popping up all the time. If we want the platform to change if not go fully back to how it was, it's up to us to make it happen and when given a voice, as many that can, we need to go out of our way to let them know. You may feel as a seller you've been cast aside, myself at times included but I know thats not actually true, eBay knows who ultimately helped them build their brand and unfortunately keeping everyone happy buyers & sellers is an impossible task to make happen at the same time. And I personally still value my relationship with eBay because their platform has helped afford me more than a few extras in this life that I may not have the ability to acquire if not for my selling, even though there are other choices in platforms out there. But we need to speak up in overwhelming numbers in the avenues they provide, which yes voicing some stuff here on the community forum is a good idea, but also filing out their satisfaction surveys after a purchase, or after a CS Rep interaction needs to happen as well.!!!

What I will never understand is why ebay forces its customers to visit one of their biggest competitors for the online yard sale business to get competent customer service.
