I was trying to list a book this evening and I get this message.
I get the same message if I do a Sell Similar or a Relist.
Has anyone else experienced this or do you know what it is about??

But to give you a good answer, @mam98031, the reason is because your book's ISBN doesn't match whatever category you're trying to list it - or at least, eBay doesn't think it does.
I'd suggest searching the ISBN in eBay search and seeing if any other listings (even sold, closed) pop-up with a different category and try to list it there.

The ISBN is fine. It was listed with it before otherwise the product details and the prefill option would not appear. I think another poster answered the question for me.

Thank you. I don't typically post in this category, I had a few listings that Ebay forced them into this category and non fiction. I actually create these listings in Turbolister and they are always in craft categories. But sometimes when I'm posting them to Ebay, Ebay changes the category on me. I've been told it is a catalog issue and I have to report each ISBN it happens to.
But thank you very much for the info. It certainly resolved my issue.

It is NOT a Turbolister issue. It isn't an ISBN issue either. Both are fine. It was / is an Ebay catalog issue.

Let me be clear here so that there isn't any confusion. The ISBN used was absolutely fine. The book was listed before using this ISBN. As @judydu2 stated, the category in which the book was originally listed in has since been changed / deleted. It was upon trying to do a Sell Similar and/or Relist that the error message appeared. The problem was the category. I have since changed the category and it posted just fine.
