Nov 29, 2024 I made changes to 3 of my listings and received this note ( This listing has a policy violation. It's hidden until you can fix it.) Dec 23 I sold an item, the buyer wanted local pickup, I change the shipping to local pickup and automatically I received the same message. I called eBay and was told they would open a case and the problem would be fixed in 24 hrs. The problem was never fixed and I lost the sale because the buyer couldn't pay for the item. Jan 5, I listed 9 new items and immediately received the same message. Again, I open cases to no avail. Once again, I called eBay was told the problem would be taken care of in 24 hrs and nothing has change. I have been an eBay reseller for 16 yrs. Never had an issue until now. Has this happened to anyone and where you able to fix it? I am desperate!
