And the 100 questions game begins...  I have been in your shoes.  I answer about 3 questions max.  After that, I just don't respond any more.

There has been an ongoing glitch (for over a year) where I get 2 or 3 (3 at the most) identical messages stating the same thing. 

But 10+ per day?

Do they all say the same thing or each a different question?

What are they asking? 

Have you responded to any of them?

The first 2 messages stated " Hello, Good Morning", the rest were asking if the band is adjustable.

I responded to the 3rd message where they had a question about the band being adjustable, I said I will check to make sure and get back to them, then the storm started.
