If this is the first time you have posted here, then, no, you haven't tried everything.
How about returning here and telling us all the relevant details of your problem. We may be able to help.
BTW, when you post here, you are NOT addressing eBay. This group is composed of many experienced eBay buyers and sellers. We volunteer our time here to answer questions if we can.
So, no, it's not our service or our app. Just wanted you to be aware of that.

What's the scam?

Yes a joke. No help from ebay ever. You can only ask other ebay members. I’ve had scam after scam. Offers are 💯 scams. Buyers asking you to text them because they need info so they can pay immediately & then you have to wait a week or more before you can relist. Buyers able to get returns by lying. It’s the wild west here. 😂 I have listed a bunch of stuff from my parents home after they passed away but what a pain.
eBay has allowed buyers to have the upper hand since day 1 - they know it, scammers know it and even ebay is scamming … pay more to eBay to promote something, are you kidding? I guess that’s just how it’s gonna be now.
I wish you good luck. My only suggestion - don’t accept any offers. Other than that, you’re pretty much on your own.

You came here to complain about ebay, not to get help for your problem?

What is wrong with the order?

It is impossible to help you with a problem if you will not communicate that problem. So far, you have communicated only your mood.
As others have noted, this is not "our" service, as no one here works for eBay or designed the app you're using. However, people here can often help with problems, if you'd care to explain what your problem is.

If it is the buyer who has not paid, then you wait 4 days and on the 5th you cancel the order using "Buyer did not pay" the buyer will receive a strike and you get your fvf back and can relist.
If the buyer has paid, you send the item.
If you did not get as much as you wanted for the auction, you should have started the bidding at the price you would have been happy with accepting.
You can block the buyer here: https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/resolving-buyer-issues/blocking-buyer-ebay?id=4082&st=12&pos=1&que...
Think I have covered everything...............

Quite the contrary. In the "good old days," sellers could send buyers anything or nothing, and the buyers were just out of money and out of luck, with no recourse at all. In order to stay in business, eBay had to start offering buyers some protection against losses to dishonest and dimwitted sellers. Thus the Money Back Guarantee was born.
Has the pendulum swung too far in favor of buyers? Perhaps, but if you think "buyers have had the upper hand since day 1," you were not around for eBay's first several years.
