Third Day of Problem - Photo Uploader stuck - not loading. I'm using a brand new Mac

Ebay help desk has been courteous but seem oblivious to the problem.  

When I start a new listing, the listing page opens and I can fill out all of the listing information, however, the uploader function remains stalled and all I see is a circling green icon.  So - I can't put photos in listing.

Can't be sure of your issue, but here is some information regarding photo size, and using pop-up blockers, etc. that may cause problems.

what browser are you using?  mobile/desktop?

I have had this problem a few times over the last 6 months to a year.  Problem is Operating System / Safari version related and seems to always fix itself with System updates / Security updates and Safari version updates.

Rather than try to figure it out and FIX it,  your time is better served by just using a workaround and use either the Firefox browser or Chrome.  I personally use Firefox and it has always worked when Safari wouldn't. 

I have Mojave (10.14.6) and use Safari (14.0.3) as my main browser but I like having the other browsers there if you need to check/troubleshoot any browser related problem.

I have this problem uploading with any browser on Linux, but I found it is not the browser or software that is the problem.  I finally tried an online photo editor with the exact same photos and extensions and they uploaded to Ebay.  I don't think Ebay help knows how to fix many problems.  One rep I talked wasn't even making sense.  Hope this helps Everyone!
