There is no support to contact for problems selling or buying on eBay anymore. I quit selling because there is no way to contact anyone at eBay for help when a problem comes up. The help pages are only good if  something general is asked. Help pages are useless for any real problems. Where did the eBay team go? They were there to help. It was great. Without them I'm not selling on eBay.

If you're considering returning, do so with eyes wide open. Call-in C/S is awful now, but you can reach qualified (salaried, even) Reps beginning with a message on the eBay facebook page. Quick, two-way (email) communication will be established with a Rep who has the ability and the resources to actually offer service.

As you've done now... this forum is the best place to go for practical advice on selling and buying here. Good luck.

I can't even get an option to call.  Can't get an option to message anyone either. This is no solution. I'm not going through all that when I need help. I will want an answer from a person in a timely matter. I'm not going through facebook looking for answers. eBay has totally taken all the fun out of selling. it's been one problem after another with eBay. No customer service is the final deal breaker. Done.

All those addresses are covered by eBay employees  (not subcontractors) who have some authority.

You also get a transcript which allows you to compare what you were told to what you think you were told.

If you have a problem you could do worse than posting it to the Seller Boards. Your fellow sellers have probably seen it before and have a solution.

But don't expect them/us to be gentle if you refuse advice.

its simple to get an ebay rep on the phone, you just have to know what options to choose to get the have us call you option to show up... Heres how.  first,  on android, you click the top 3 lines in the upper left of the phone, next to the word item, click that, then scroll down to the bottom, click help.  After clicking help, scroll down to the very bottom of the page, and click contact us.   Once clicking contact us, select buying.  After selecting buying, choose shipping and delivery for buyers.  once clicking that, BOOM, select HAVE US CALL YOU.. You  can discuss any problems once they call, it doesn't have to be any specific problem.. There you go, that simple.

Basically the same on a computer also.

I've never had a reason to call CS. Maybe we can help as it sounds like you have a bunch of reasons. You can write a problem here and people might be able to help you.

I was a concierge member and could call someone for help. They took that away. But I could still use the instant message and was OK with that. I could also have someone call me from eBay. I didn't have a problem much like I did when I first started selling. But then when I ran into a problem I could find no way of contacting eBay and the help pages were No help. I check once in a while to see if there is help but there isn't. Maybe I will come back next year if there is help. For now I am finding other ways and other places to go.

I tried that and the automated message cut me off. I will check back next year to see if there is help. I don't need help much but when a problem pops up I need a person to help. Help pages don't help with a real problem. I'm not willing to wait until I've made a sale and am in the middle of a problem. The reason I was selling on eBay was because they had support. During the years since I started buying and selling things have steadily gone down hill. Looks to me like eBay is dying. It is for me anyway.

Thanks for the links but when I'm in the middle of a problem I want to be able to solve it on eBay. I'm not going to other sites. I was good to my customers. Took care of them fast. eBay just keeps making everything harder. To many problems and questions come up with no help now. Not worth it.

Thanks but that takes to long. I never left my customers dangle. I don't have problems often but when they come up they need addressing right away.

Ebay has intentionally made it more and more difficult to get a person on the phone.. They initiially blamed the pandemic and reduced staff. Now it is just higher fees, less service, more profits. The hoops you have to jump through now at "Contact Us" are many, inconsistent and ponderous. Sometimes I get to the end with "email us, a representative will respond in 72 hours". You have to start all over, sometimes going to "Chat" and asking for a call back there. Unfortunately even talking to an agent, or three, or six, gets you conflicting infrmation which can and will be overruled by the nameless untouchables in the "back room." If you get csfeedback requests, be sure to leave one star (zero stars are not an option) and explain why. Be careful about giving a particular agent high marks, they are often overruled or prevented from following through as promised.

Those sites are eBay.
One literally has eBay in its URL

The other two are covered by eBay employees, unlike the phones which are run by a sub-contractor out of Utah and not by eBay employees.

The eBay employees at Facebook already have a good reputation for prompt and useful response.
