I get a knock on the door and Fedex hands me a package from...South Korea.
Inside are two toys I have never seen in my life.
Perplexed, I open the package further and inside is a letter stating that the buyer did not receive what they wanted, and I should cancel the order and refund their money.
Now the way the letter was worded, the buyer ordered these two toys and got something different instead.
BUT..they SENT ME these two toys, from South Korea.
I search the buyers email and I sold them a music box a month ago through the GSP to South Korea
I check with both eBay and PayPal, and the buyer never opened a case. I check the tracking of the music box and it was delivered fine.
Only thing I can think of..is the buyer got mine and another sellers order mixed up, and thought I was supposed to send two toys, and other seller the music box, and sent the two toys back to me?

That's probably what happened . I received a men's pair of cowboy boots one time and the cowboy boot buyer got my flowered tablecloth from the same seller . Hopefully your buyer is fluent in English because you should try and contact them .. Good luck - tulips

I checked to see what it would cost to send the toys back to the buyer.
About $90....
I emailed the buyer in both English and Korean.
I checked their buying history through feedback and can't find what they purchased. So either the seller didn't leave them feedback or it was under another account.
The letter also states eBay should have sent me an email with instructions, but I never received one.
Strange the buyer would just mail me something without contacting me or filing a case.
Last but not least..on the form (looks like an eBay form), the item ID is missing from where it should be. So I have no way of finding the listing.

Maybe the toys are his version of sending you a rock. Have you checked to see if there is a case in paypal where the buyer can now show delivery and ask for a refund? Some go straight to paypal instead of ebay first.
