Each of my listings always highlight three of my buyer reviews. One of the three is one of the worst I have gotten and it is over 6 months old. How do you change which reviews are highlighted. It seems after 6 months those reviews should change.

Well, I suppose that any set of reviews should include a range of opinions not all rainbows and lollipops. In fairness, the one you refer to was a positive although it did reflect badly on your shipping methods which is what every buyer should be concerned about. Since the choice of shipping was yours it seems only fair you live with the results of your choice. The lesson to be learned is don't ship it like that again.,

It is a new feature, enhancement, intended change on eBay. See the two posts at the top of this forum about feedback. To provide a better buyer experience or some such, they are changing the display sort to "relevancy". They will pull up and feature whatever AI says is relevant from your feedback going back five years. There is a sort button (at least in my view) to change it to recent. A seller cannot set most recent as the default for others to see.

But, hey....despite all the more serious issues on the site that need attention, and have for years, eBay has taken an uncanny interest in feedback.

I feel like the longer the review, the more likely it is to be "featured".

Hopefully you get more wordy reviews to replace it.

Exactly, below is what was my featured feedback was for some time.

"even though this package came from China the seller who is Monica name is Pony stayed with me throughout the entire process and gave me up-to-date status of tracking this package till it arrived at my home the cellar answered all my questions immediately and I could not think of a better seller to purchase anything from. If you are even considering purchasing the watch from the seller I would do it blindly this is one of the best experiences I have ever had ."

My name is not Monica, I have never sold a watch and I have never shipped from anywhere other that Illinois.

And the ebay AI "Absent Intelligence" bot made this my featured feedback for some time based on "relevance" what a joke
