Huh?
Sold something and prior to printing label, clicked link that said something like "see paypal transaction." That opens a PayPal (PP) page (after I signed in). [Yes, the payment is in my PP account.]
On that PP page, titled "Transaction Details" I see two things:
1. The ship to address, or "Seller Protection address" is the same as what is shown on ebay's print label page. In fact, below that address, in green is "Confirmed." {so all good there}
2. However, at the bottom of the page is a block with this information:
Payment From: XYZ ABC (The sender of this payment is Unverified)
Buyer's ID: 98undjewle
Buyer's Email: kjhgfds @yipeee.com
Payment Sent to: ME!
So see the part in red above? This is my question!
The name in this block is different from the name on the shipping label. The sender of the payment is "unverified."
What does this mean? Is this a concern? If so, what do I do about it?

Unverified just means they haven't linked a bank account to PayPal
^^THIS^^
As long as Paypal says it's okay to ship, you can ship to the address on the Paypal payment.

Before I go about answering, please remove the buyers id from your question, or your question will be edited/removed
If THAT indeed turns out to be a buyer's ID, then it is "lottery winning" coincedence! I made that up along with all of the other information.

"Unverified" can also be a PayPal Guest (as well as not having a bank or CC linked).

Was this some Forum poster test?

Re: Name mismatch ...
Tis the season
Gifts, Gifts, Gifts 🙂
Just as an aside ... I like the way Etsy does gift orders as a seller ... it says "gift" in your order details. And the buyer can create a gift message that you print and send in the box instead of a packing slip 🙂
