The new "revise" a listing format.

The new "revise" a listing format sucks!
Translation: It's different and I don't like change.
I'm considering quitting ebay (as soon as I sell all my stuff).
I predict this is the downfall of ebay.

Re: The new "revise" a listing format.

I know your post was made in jest, but the new format honestly does suck. It's a step backwards. Most sellers who list regularly, list on a desktop/laptop. This format might make it easier for people to list a few items a month, but those of us listing daily, it slows down production. It's very clunky and slow.

I don't mind adapting to change, but the change needs to have positive outcomes. It's not faster nor any better, so what's positive about it? It takes more time, so that means more labor for the same amount of listings. Kind of like when categories "change" and we have to spend hours and hours fixing eBay's catalog for free.

I don't know about you my friend, but I'm here selling to make money. Lowering my hourly take does not make me more money, but less. Every extra minute, costs me. I get the spirit of the joke, but we are the posterior of those jokes, because it's happening to us. I don't laugh about losing money, any more than I laugh at someone's desperation. I don't find those things humorous.

Hope you are feeling better!

I will use my keyboard skills to look you up and copy and paste and disparaging thing I can find out about you, to make you look bad and me feel good.

Re: The new "revise" a listing format.

This new format is even worse that the last time they 'improved' the listing format. It is far more time-consuming;  it takes more clicks to get to where you actually start listing, and the photos can't upload en masse, etc, etc, ad nauseam. What a colossal waste of everybody's time.

Perhaps the tough crowd would like a bit more information about who, on what device, & when those stats were gathered from.

In another post you said that 6% of active US sellers were polled.

A rather small sample.   And a lot depends on what device these sellers usually list on.

Sarcasm:

Of course this poll only included than same item bulk listers that do not need to change much in the terms or shipping to do such........ It might be acualy faster for them using stock pics and stock descriptions with very very little change from each listing....
