So, I sell a lot of toys/games.
Shipped a Hot Wheels car, new, sealed - shipped in a box with bubble padding, and the recipient received it two days after his purchase (my post office is walking distance).
I didn't realize until today, that the guy left me a neutral feedback. Reason: Car wasn't fast enough. What the..?
Are you kidding? I didn't design the car, someone at Mattel did.
Is it worth contacting ebay over this ignorance - or let it go? This is my first neutral, and it's bugging me as I always go out of my way to make sure every shipment is perfect.

You can respond to that FB: Why not "Seller was NOT the manufacturer; therefore not responsible for its speed. It was a HOT WHEELS car."

I too, would seek to have the feedback removed. It's not a reflection of the sellers performance.
Then....I'd block the person.
No Mattel for you.

I think eBay could do a better job explaining the difference between a PRODUCT REVIEW and FEEDBACK FOR THR SELLER. Feedback left for the seller should be solely about seller performance, not toy car speed. Did the seller describe the item correctly and in detail? Did he / she package it with care? Things like that are Seller performance. This info should be in bold at the top of the Feedback page.

Or tell him to push harder.
