Did you mean:

The customer is always right.

I received a message today from a recent customer.

He bought a part from me from a variations listing.

He bought the wrong part.

He wanted  a 3/4" but purchased a 1/2" and was sent a 1/2".

He blames ebay for the mistake.

"The EBAY page goofed during the pay process."

Even if that was the case, it clearly shows WHAT was ordered.

I offered to send him the correct part free of charge,

I just wish he admitted to making a mistake instead of blaming it on ebay.

Some people can  not/will not take responsibility for their mistakes.

Re: The customer is always right.

Well, the ebay system has enough real glitches for both buyers and sellers.

When here as a buyer, I have never had the ebay system do a "glitch" and find out it ordered something different than I selected.  I've made order mistakes, but the system hasn't ever ordered me something I didn't choose.
