So buyer opened a dispute - Reason: The buyer hasn't received their item yet
Estimated delivery is from x date to y date. Since it reached x date and did not reach y date yet how am i supposed to even respond to this? Ebay wants delivery confirmation, but it is still underway and will take a while longer... I am guessing that buyer was not allowed to open "Item not received" case on eBay yet so they went to the bank and filed a claim.
This is an international sale from EU to USA.
Will eBay take my side because it still has not reached estimated date y? Or will it rule against me because estimated delivery date x has already passed?
Could not really find any helpful information so would appreciate it if anyone knows what would happen with this kind of payment dispute.

Could you provide a timeline?
When sold?
When shipped?
Estimated delivery date?
When did your buyer file a INR?
Current package status.

@dariudaudery_0 challenge the dispute and upload proof of estimated delivery dates, etc

The buyer's payment institution sided with the buyer.
However, since this dispute qualified for seller protections, nothing was deducted from your funds.
Guess buyers can steal from sellers/eBay no matter if they see estimated delivery dates when making purchases.
