eBay counterfeit department is totally out of control. 3 more listings deactivated as counterfeit on a whim. Despite these items being purchased directly from a T-Mobile distributer with valid UPC's and being new in the box. Plus my account was restricted for 7 days. You win eBay. You've become so difficult to list and maintain products on your no longer worth my time. I want you to know when you fade into obscurity as a platform and go bankrupt...you did everything in your power to make that happen. Goodbye.

Good luck to wherever you land. It looks like you will be very busy removing those 2000 listings. Remember if you don't you will still get charged a fee.

I'm sorry you are no longer satisfied with eBay as a selling platform. We all have to make personal choices as to why we are selling here.
However, I see you may have said 'goodbye' before ending your listings, which may cause you more consequences if you have left without closing your listings.
To end your listings:
Happy trails, wherever you end up selling.

Very sorry for your experience. Reading a lot of similar posts on these boards concerning items being deemed counterfeit or not authentic, however sellers have valid proof stating otherwise. I can only wish you well with a new selling platform that you chose. Good luck and Happy Holidays.

What makes me angrier than anything is not the money eBay wastes on a whim. I can get my money back elsewhere. My TIME is gone forever. I sunk a huge amount of my time into creating listings just to have them removed as counterfeit over and over again. Where am I going to get my time back? I'm just moving everything over to Amazon and have already opened an account on Bonanza. I've noticed over the years eBay became less and less profitable for me anyways. Items that had been listed for a year on eBay sold for 25% more in a week on Amazon. That should have been my first clue. But being loyal I stayed and tried to make it work. It's not going to work here. I don't think I'll ever be coming back again. There are other platforms with buyer to seller ratios of 1 to 1,500. On eBay it's 1 to 10. On top of that eBay is striving to make it as difficult as possible to not list items but to maintain those listings. 100% legitimate distributer purchased listings active for months turn counterfeit overnight. Then get pulled and my account restricted with the reason being, "we believe this item is counterfeit." It's just madness. It honestly feels like eBay doesn't want me here so that's what they are getting.

I will say this, I HOPE you are familiar with Amazon. The rules over there can be tougher and less flexible. Getting your account banned is much easier. Getting paid takes longer.
I'd still keep your eBay account. Not everything CAN be sold on Amazon. You still need another platform to sell your items that Amazon won't allow.
I understand your frustration and agree with you. eBay makes it difficult to sell here most times. But Amazon makes it hard too. At least with eBay, you don't have them directly competing with you on products.
