Every single holiday where the post office is closed I am not required to send out my packaged on the day the post office is closed, but for tomorrow being Thanksgiving ebay is stating I need to have my labels printed by tonight for everything that has sold teusday (after i shipped out on teusday), and sent out by tomorrow which is physically not possible because the post office is closed, it not a huge problem since I can just get them out today but in the past ebay would give Me until the day after the holiday to print everything that sold the two days before the holiday, is this something ebay has changed with holidays or is it possibly only Thanksgiving? I may not know for certain until the next holiday but figured someone else might be having the same issue.

If you have one day handling, then yes, items sold Tuesday would have to go out by tonight.

Hi @turtleswares17 . Seems like you have some confusion around handling time and what that means. It's about when you're required to actually ship, not just print labels.
I looked at one of your listings: 176700032363
That item has a 1 day handling time. It sold on 11/26 which means you need to ship it today 11/27 - not just print a label today but actually ship today.
Handling time cut off is midnight. So anything you sell before midnight on 11/26 (yesterday) has to physically make it to the carrier by 11/27 (today).
Tomorrow (Thanksgiving) is not part of that picture.

If you have one day handling time then you need to ship it Today, If not just change the date for the shipping label then print it & ship it on Friday.

I am confused.
You sold Tues, with 1 Day handling.. Thanksgiving its Thurs. Why cant you ship on weds?
Post Office is closed Thursday. Your Post Office isnt open on Weds?
I sold on 15 items Tues and pack weds morning and dropped them off by 11am PST.

Wow, you're a great shipper shipping out so quickly.
Lazy me 6 blocks from the post office and I don't ship that fast...and I drive a motorcycle there.
I wonder about the weather and what I feel like when I wake up in the morning.
eBay prefers their fees immediately like refunds which are immediately taken out in your 'available funds' and promoted items sold which fees are immediately taken out in 'available funds' immediately...while funds are in the processing state.
'labels printed' even though cannot mail...I assume labels of shipping are immediately taken out of 'funds'.

You may want to change your handling time to 2 days instead of 1 day. This way you have more time to get packages ready and avoid this holiday shipping issue.

It's the same for any Federal holiday. Exactly as @wastingtime101 said. Look at the time the order came in. If the order came in on 11/26 then you have 1 day handling, so you must ship by 11/27. If you get a sale that comes in on 11/27, then you need to ship by 11/29.
