Can't see item description for sold item.

I just clicked on an item that was paid and it will only show the photo without the item description. And it won't give me a close up of the item photo. I ship mostly unique items and I need to verify the description. Does anyone know how to fix this...

I have a quick question. How to respond to a beligerent and mean buyer. Have me in tears so mean. Been a pain before but nothing like this. Not sure how to proceed. Even sent me several emails today each being this way.

Buyers blocked for unpaid items bidding 20+ times???
