I just wrote this in an empty box above the words"start a conversation"that turned out to be a search engine(thanks ebay).My first international sale.A nice person from China.I purchase an e-label only to discover it has no qr code and must be printed.The address and name are in Chinese characters with no option to translate (thanks ebay)and I'm not set up with a printer.It's too late to get it done so now I'm dealing with my first late shipment.I contact the buyer to keep them informed,obtain a printer,learn how to set it up, finally print the label and was told "I cannot ring this up or issue a tracking number because it's in Chinese." By the post office guy. I google gsp Kentuckys address and pay shipping again which could be the fourth time because i tried the e-label more than once(thanks ebay).The box was shipped with the Chinese label and the item number written on the box assuming one of the many people that do this for a living would be smart enough to get this done.I leave and try to relay this Message to ebay and gsp kentucky and probably failed(thanks ebay).The package arrives at gsp,tracking shows delivered so the buyer contacts ebay saying "where's my stuff?"and ebay has issued a time sensitive resolution warning and put money on hold(thanks ebay).Im left with ebays idea of customer service which is a website leading me in a circle of options that are dead end roads with no way to contact them.(thanks ebay).Did I mention I'm new and don't know jack doodley about computers because I've never needed one?Don't act so shocked the human race survived and prospered for thousands of years without them.Countless businesses still thrive without them.My intentions are limited by my abilities.Please help

Sorry but if you want to sell online you will need to attend to all of the issues yourself.

1. Google translate or you could have asked the buyer to put the address in English

2. Buy a printer, you are going to need one

3. Being able to use a computer is a neccesity, ask a friend or family member to help

4. Read all of the eBay help pages about selling and everything associated with it.

5. The item has reached Erlanger, it will take a little longer to reach China.

International is not the way I would go until I had more experience, but hope it all works out - maybe in future list as USA only, no international until you learn everything you need to know..

Was the kY address you were given to ship to in English? That is the address you ship it to with tracking. You put the reference number on the package and when it reaches GSP they take care of where it goes after it's been received.
