Have a question. Every item I list is thoroughly tested to make sure it works before I list it. If there are any issues I make sure to list it in the description of the item. So far I've had 4 returns stating the item doesn't work properly or at all. , knowing it was tested and working before I sent it to the buyer. These buyers are saying it doesn't work or its defective. How do I handle this with the buyer. Thanks.

Accept the returns, pay return shipping and refund the buyer once something is returned.
Just because the item worked before it was shipped doesn't mean it works when the buyer receives it.

I don't know how you'd run a diagnostics between you and your seller(s). Once the buyer has decided to request a Return, it's best that you approve it and refund the buyer in full only when your item is returned to you. If you don't approve them, eBay will decide in the buyer's favor... refunding you with your money and not asking that the buyer return them to you. Plus, they 'ding' the seller's account. Save your metrics!
I find that if an item sells once, it will again. Get it back to resell. The next buyer might be your good buyer. Good luck.

The only thing you can do is to accept the return and then get down on our knees and pray to Baby Jesus the buyer sends back the item you shipped and not the defective item they were trying to replace. Just another reason to avoid selling electronics on Ebay.
