Have a question. Every item I list is thoroughly tested to make sure it
works before I list it. If there are any issues I make sure to list it
in the description of the item. So far I've had 4 returns stating the
item doesn't work properly or at all....
I'm refunding a item, they paid through PayPal. When I go to send the
refund it wont go through, I've tried 6 times. Cant get a hold of anyone
at Ebay. Dont know what to do.
