We are about to purchase a premium store on July 1st, and have not listed much for 2 months.

My goal is to list approximately 100 new listings a day for the next few months.  We have taken thousands of pictures in preparation for this new day.

We really hope that by the end of summer, we will be recognized as a TOP TEN Japanese game store in the entire world based on increasingly rare listings and total comprehensive depth of inventory on retro systems.

I have a website, but I do not crosslist inventory and have never actually made a sale on my website.

We put all of our good stuff on eBay first and I put some doubles on my website, eBay is #1

That's an impressive goal. Based on how many you already have it looks like a target of about 20,000 listings. That will be an enormous foot print. Good luck.

Oh yes - our beaches are all driftwood and rocks, and we have to bundle up in sweaters, but they make great places for barbecue! My secret plan is to make veggie kebab on the grill, swop that seasoned olive oil over it as it sizzles and becomes succulent, while a nice pot of fresh shellfish in a butter sauce is burbling on the fire. Hand me that can of IPA, will you? It has been a long day and we have ridden our bikes many miles to get here.

Sounds different from what I would expect at our beaches but nice nonetheless. It sounds like where you’re from must have really nice seafood.

Congrats and good luck. Personally i would work on expanding your website just as much as your listings on platforms. You can cross list to drive traffic to Ebay from your site. One advantage of having a site is that you can include more info for the customers. (educational, informative) Keep building it and it could eventually free you from some fees and INAD issues when you sell direct.

You have 9,644 active listings. In an old discussion, someone had posted a spreadsheet.
If a seller has less than 3,700 listings. a Premium store is cheaper.
If a seller has more than 3,700 listings, an Anchor store is cheaper.

Regarding seafood. The last two Arthur Treachers restaurants are in the Cleveland and Akron areas. Go to a Red Lobster while you still can.

That's a huge goal, But I don't think you will get many sellers if any, giving up any secrets for you.
